Cell C Bill Dispute

Cell C is showing exactly why they are a struggling company and why customers want to leave! I've been having a bill dispute with I submit in the beginning of the month, being past from one consultant to the next and on the end of the month if only got sent to the financial department and of course they debited the disputed amount. The offer 3 month discount and then pro rata even more at the end of 3 months saying the discount is over. Basically *****ing ever cent and more back that they "discounted". Cell C has the worst customer service and even worse morals, just trying to thieve from there customers! Just absolutely pathetic!
