Cell C biggest ******** ever!!
Cell C, biggest ******** ever!! Paid a cancellation fee into their account in January to cancel a contract. Now in March they deducted that massive cancellation fee from my debit account again. Trying to reach them to get your money back is like climbing mount everest. All their other cell c numbers are non chargeable but the number you need to phone to speak to their legal department to try and get your money back is a chargeable call and you hold on for hours. Cell C you ***** my money and then I have to spend money and time to try and get my ****** money back!

Apologies, you did not ***** my money but you did however use my cancellation fee I paid into your account for my bill and not my cancellation as I spesifically requested not to be the case in January 2019. This resulted in me now having a massive deduction from my debit account this month which was spesifically how I did not want it to play out. Your administration seriously need work as I was promised that this would not ne the case.
