Cell c being spiteful to customer who left them.

On the 13th of November i got a feedback on the job i have app**** and to my surprise i couldn't be hires because cellc listed me. Shocked, i went to a cellc outlet in mall of Africa and there it was i owe cell c R1 that was charged in june but i closed my account in April and the last payment was taken in may. In the store not even the manager could explain what the R1 was for and they called the call center and the impatient call center agent couldn't wait to transfer my call to legal department. The legal department offered me a recon statement after I was ordered to pay for the R1 i owed. I had this contract for 4 years without ever going on arrears but at the end when I decided i couldn't renew a contract with cell c they became spiteful. They listed me for R1 no one knows what it was for and failed to let me know they have charged me for their pleasure so that I could just give them. I am mad and cell c is just ignoring me and I lost a job opportunity because of this.
