Absolute ****** without a single bone of empathy or transparency. I paid off my contract last year and was STILL DEBITED THIS MONTH. Khulwano was absolutely useless and unhelpful at the contact centre. Never ever ever ever going to sign up to these ****** again, and will actively and relentlessly be a DETRACTOR OF CELL C FOR LIFE UNLESS I GET MY MONEY BACK.
