Cell C been deducting for BIS from 2014

<p>I upgraded to Samsung Galaxy Core from Blackberry.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not receive statements from them and I was totally unaware that Im paying for BIS for the past two years.</p> <p> </p> <p>They took off more that the agreed amount in December and I queried and that is how I discovered that Ive been charged for BIS</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Mathebello on 29 December REF: ********** 736 and she promised someone would get back to me and I have called several times but no one has been able to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are now blaming me telling me that I should have stopped the BIS on this account. How could I do that if I was not aware of these charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant that sold me the Samsung should have stopped the charges then knowing that I have changed phones.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
