CELL C Be Warned Bad Service

Cell C is a big company but I must add that they do not take their customers serious. This is my second request on Hello Peter and Cell C complaints department have not gotten back to me despite me calling and sending e mails. The SLA is 2 working days. CELL C YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT WE HAVE TO HOLD FOR 1 HOUR. Compared to your competitors you are so behind. I PAID 13 000 to reinstate my contract., your legal department was on strike.... And now no one can give me answers about my contract. The fact that your legal department was on strike has nothing to do with me. As a company your customers should come first. I am losing business due to this.I will be putting this on Social Media and you already have bad reputational damage this will just give new contract owners more options to deal with reliable cell phone companies. CUSTOMERS OUT THERE DO NOT BE FOOLED CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT AS WELL

I expect a call from compliants resolution and I expect to be refunded all my cost that was paid to making calls to Cell C.
