Cell C bad services

We are now trying for a month to upgrade existing cell of my husband. This cintract must be 10+ years old. Everytime we phone we get a different answer. The service is extremely bad and cinsultant not helpful at all. Hus cell no is *** if anyone who can help him wants to phone him. After today and no help we will cancel all phones.
