cell c bad service- weak-weak

A new phones network lost coverage called cell c was told i need to go to the store to do a software upgrade. I changed simcards in my phone and A MTN simcard caught network while the cell c one failed to do so. I called the customer care again and was told I need to pay an instore r114 to do a sim swap, while I am paying my contract as well. a new simcard gives problems within the 10 months of its usage, which means there is no value for money while using cell c.

no explanation as to why the simcard can act up as faulty either cell c should up their service if this type of problems keep on occuring they might lose customers!!!!!!!

how will I be contacted when my cell phone can not receive calls because the sim card does not work. I still want to understand how the sim card can just stop working after it is not even older then a year.
