CELL C BAD SERVICE TO THE CLIENT

Cell C debited my account at the end of July for contracts that were cancelled. When I called on 06/08/2024 to inquire about the cancellation, none of the 5 call center agents I spoke to, were able to investigate or provide a history of my canceled account. I left my contact information with the agents for the team leaders to call me back because none of them were available to speak with me. It's been 24 hours, and I still haven't received a call back from any team leaders at Cell C. They promptly contact you to set up contracts but are unhelpful in addressing why call center agents fail to cancel contracts.
