Cell C Bad Service Provider

The worst service provider you can ever have , The *****ed my name and said that i owe them a payment from 2021 and payment which was made. i sent proof of payment which was R1088 they only notified me in 2022 that i owe payment. Well when a lady called Siepati Zulu called me and said that i owe them R570 , i had asked her to send proof of payment on the 10th of Jan till today i haven't received any feedback. This is the worst service provider you can ever choose. It seems like they not honest to what's actually going on, before i closed the account i asked for the remaining balance which i received feedback of 1088 all of the sudden i am owing R570 which i don't know where it comes from and there is no evidence or anything information where it comes from not even on paper just word of mouth.
