Cell C BAD service over all

From day one I've had numerous problems regarding my contract with above mentioned company. I've had numerous complaints over the period of my contract, and had to inconveniently visit their branch at Woodlands several times.

I cancelled my contract in October 2020 already, received a sms confirming my cancellation on the 11th of November 2020. I still have to deal with their incompetency for another month it seems.

Phoning their contact centre, they (of course) are always experiencing high call volumes and then gives you an email address should you rather wish to send them an email than to hold on (forever).

Then you receive a "no_reply" email explaining about COVID etc etc and that you should then contact another number provided. Why then provide me with an email address from the start beats me.

I would NOT recommend this company at all as their costumer service are extremely bad.
