Cell C bad service, horrible

On the 8th october 2020 I took my phone for repair, i was told of the turn around time of 2 weeks. To date i haven't got my phone back. I've been following up since the 24th of october seems like they are not willing to help me. I sent several number of emails to cell c, and their device insurance department and i was told the repairs department are not responding. Im struggling to do my work because it depends on that device. Cell C gave me bad service and no one calls me to update me on the progress of my device, I was supposed to have received my phone on the 24th october.
