Cell C Bad Service

I took my daughters phone to cellc tge Glen to be booked for repairs. Was assisted by Mdundo. I have not received a sms confirmation that the phone is booked in. I'm trying to call the shop no response. The job card I have has wrong information not my correct tel numbers. I sent an email no response. I'm not getting any joy since 29 March 2023. I'm on contract but they also saying warranty of the phone is no more
