CELL C BAD SERVICE
I reported my ****** phone 7 days ago and I still have not received an ITC number, which means my phone is not blocked and whoever has is might have access to my personal information. Also, that means I cannot claim a phone from my insurer because an ITC number is needed by them. Initially, I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours, but its now a week later and all agents I have spoken to said they would follow up and get back to me but none of them have called back.
