Cell C Bad Service

So i have been calling Cell C on 084135 since lastweek to get some info on my contract that was apparently handed over to some Attorneys called Shapiro Sheik in Johannesburg.I get the run around between Cell C and Attorneys as the staff at Cell C to be very honest are completely *********** as i called Attorneys and i wanted the correct amount as well as an invoice with a break down of what i owe them. The lady assisting me at Shapiro Sheik could not download a Invoice for me and send it as i told her i would like a discount on account fees and then i will settle asap i am then told Cell C does not do discounts.I call back to Cell C Cust Care to ask to be transfered to legal /collections i am then transfered but back to Cust Care.As it is they bill you daily yet they cannot give me a simple statement for me to settle contract.
