Cell c bad service

I changed my cell c debit order banking details in august. Cell c doesn't debit on agreed date and when I call to ask they can't give me a valid reason. Then they go and add a negative judgement on my credit record even though they are the ones not doing their job. I'm really frustrated because theres no reasonable explanation, they have my banking details on their system but they dont debit😩
