Cell C bad service

I have been awaiting a refund from Cell C for an over payment and they keep on promising that payment will be made within 5 days. This matter has been dragging since mid May 2022 and they dont seem to be bothered with assisting me. The case numbers I have are as follows:‪***‬/‪***‬/‪***‬/‪***‬
