CELL C BAD SERVICE

My account has been paid in full and I even received a Settlement letter on the 4th of November 2022 showing that I'm paid in full but now I received a call from SSDA (their lawyers debt collection) saying I was handed over 3 days ago? How does this work? This is exactly the reason I cancelled my Contract BAD SERVICE!

An account recon was conducted and it seems that the account is still in arrears, thus meaning that the paid-up letter was issued prematurely.

I owed R318.99. It was paid but they could not find payment even after i sent the proof. So i reversed the payment and paid it again via EFT and it was allocated and the letter was sent.
