CELL C - BAD SERVICE

Today I send my 8th mail to Cell C support team and customer services still without ANY feedback. I am in the process of moving to another property. Two different persons give me different amount. I was questioning this as well but without any answers. They not even bother to phone me after all of the mails, but they received my money every month on time. am so annoyed right now I signed up for a month to month data deal with cell c - but only find out now its for 24 months? I was never informed. I ask for proof but still NO FEEDBACK. SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE.
