Cell C - BAD SERVICE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
BAD service!!!!!!!
Ordered/app**** on online on 26/02/2019. Andile Mackenzie helped me with processing my request - at first it went well and then all down hill from there. I have been requesting my tracking number for 4 days now. It still has not been sent to me. On friday 01/03/2019 Andile sent an email that my package will be dispatched with RAM on Monday 04/03/209. Phoned RAM this morning - they have no such package. Andile sent an email again today (04/03/2019 13:38) package will be delivered tomorrow. Now received another email (04/03/2019 15:25) now they don't have stock anymore!!!!!!!! Really! I have had 3 other companies phone me with offers of new cellphones. I turned them down because I was under the impression that I would have had my device by now!!! 30 emails later and I still have no device and no tracking number!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!
We apologize for the manner in which this matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the norm or standard of service we want we want for our customers. A team member will assist.
