CELL C BAD SERVICE

I called more than 8 times to speak to an agent to ask for a Sim Swap and spoke to Karabo a team leader who hang up on my calls twice and promised to call me back, she **** to me and went to lunch while I needed her help. Spoken to Lisa, Patience, Anton, Patricia , Zikisa Yikama( who made my experience unbearable with Cell c only to think that I ported from my service provided to them. Cell C has no customer-centric and cares less about their customers including their non ethic rules
