Cell C Bad service and Ignorance to queries
Cell C customer care is lazy! I'm retrenched and they told me to send the documents then I sent the documents on the 2nd of July ever since I haven't received any feedback from them and when I call them they keep on telling me that the matter has been escalated... till today ! And they will call me within 48 hours !!! They are not doing their job... !!!

22 Jul 2021, 12:56As I said that cell c is lazy and they do not attend to the queries... it's after 12 now i haven't even received a call... next thing the collections will be calling me after the debit order bounced... can some one solve this matter!!!
