Cell C bad service and false information

On 23 desember 2014 cust care phoned me to tell me my line is suspended and I owe cell c money for two lines. I ask how much. She told me R70 + R70 + R129 + R149. That totals to R418. End of desember they wanted to debit my acc with R488. Due to insuf funds in my acc they couldn't take their money. So I phoned them and said they can take the rest on 9 jan 2015. End of january they added R70 again. I phoned them the first week in february 2015 and explained that it was their fault my debit order bounced to to incorrect amounts they gave me. They said they will go to listen the voice recordings and come back to me. Until today 12 march 2015 I didn't hear from them and they still add R70 on my account even if the debit order went throuhg of the previous month. I phoned them several times and all they say we will get back to you but there are no one coming back. After that they will send you emails stating they want to hand you over to legal department and they can't solve problems. Don't think those voice recordings exists. Its just a thing to scare the people.
