Cell c bad service and experience

I took a laptop contract with cell c when i was applying i was told they do not have router in stock but i will get my order in a week 2 weeks later my deal was not yet stil finalized i had to do all the follow ups next thing my statement came i am owing R1583 when i called cell c none of the consultants had an explanation i remember being put oh hold for an hour by an agent called ayanda ,I ended up paying my bill because i realized i wasnt going to win the battle and my name will be on ITC my phone is suspended i tried calling them today spoke to an agent and the line went dead i called again spoke to Lindiwe who asked security questions and while i answered according to her i failed while i was asking what else can i do she hung up the phone.Lets not pack aside the fact that my line cannot make calls it means now i must go around asking for people with cell c sim card. I feel bad because this is my business line and if i discontinue with cell c i will loose my client base but i am honestly not happy with their service
