Cell C bad service and empty promises

On the 16th April 2016 I went to Greenacres Cell C Port Elizabeth to do an upgrade. Upgrade was for Samsung S7 Edge Epic 150 as advertised on page 23 in the April specials booklet. I requested the Top up packages and was informed by the staff member that the 50 GB would apply to this package. The staff member informed me that they did not have the phone in stock but they would place an order for the phone. They confirmed that my wife would be able to collect the phone on the 19th April 2016 and bring my ID with. My wife went to collect the phone only to find out that they had not received the phone yet. My wife was then informed that the phone would be ready for collection on the 22 April 2016. Once again my wife went to collect the phone and it had still not arrived. This was an inconvenience to say the least. On the 29th April my wife sent Cell C email to confirm if the phone was ready for collection. Pelokazi at Greenacres Cell C rep**** to the email that the phone was still not in stock. On the 4th May 2016 my wife sent a complaint and the Manager Rafeek responded by apologising and stating that I would receive an accessory as compensation. My wife was also informed by him that I would be contacted as soon as the phone arrived in the store. On the 10th of May 2016 my wife went again to the store and was informed that the phone had arrived several days ago. My question is why was I never contacted as promised? Once again Rafeek apologised and the contract was recaptured on the system. Problem is the package deals had changed as it was no longer April but May specials app****. The Samsung S7 Edge was no longer on the epic 150 and was no available on the Epic 200 and up. I was willing to except the current package offered as long as the 50GB still app****. It was confirmed to my wife that the 50GB would be activated as soon as the sim was placed in the phone. The staff member asked my wife if I had a small sim in my previous phone and wife confirmed that I did have one. My wife was instructed to place the sim in the new S7 Edge. I tried this when I got home from work only to find out that the size was incorrect. Once again I was inconvenienced. The following day my wife went to Cell C and a new sim was placed in the phone. My wife was informed that the phone could only be switched on four hours later. That evening on 11th May 2016 the phone was switched on only to discover that there was NO 50GB available! My wife went to Cell C the next day and was then told that the package did not qualify for the 50GB. I also would like to know why was my wife allowed to sign on my behalf? This is shocking treatment and there was no service at all. I want my 50GB as previously promised.
