CELL C - BAD SERVICE AFTER 11 YEARS OF BEING A CUSTOMER

We have been with Cell C for 11 years, yesterday my daughter got ****** by 3 men and her cellphone ******, luckily she wasnt hurt but we cannot recover her cellphone with all her personal information on as well as struggled to get the SIM block / black listed as Cell C was off line. Today we went asked for an upgrade on our cell c contract and was said due to our debt review we will not be able to. We have now cancelled our contracts after 11 years of being loyal customers. Contracts are paid every month nothing outstanding but yet we get treated like this.
