Cell C bad service

I had an account with Cell c and it was sent to the legal team for late payments last year, I paid the account in full at the end of October and the account has not yet been closed, this has been going on for over a year and this account is reflecting badly on the credit score, I have gone to the store and the head office still no help. when I call in the legal team I get no response, this is unacceptable CELL C RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS IT"S CAUSING ME AND INCONVENIENCE
