Cell C bad service accounts department

<p>I had a contract with Cell C. I lost my job and made arrangement for payment. After being without a job for 3 months, I finally got a job. I arranged with Cell C to pay my monthly installment plus extra to be up to date. They deleted my number from the network and without consulting me, handed me over to MMM Capital. I paid MMM Capital every month and my account is now fully paid. I requested a confirmation letter and the lady told me she would get it from Cell C. Its now been over a month and still no confirmation letter. The lady from MMM Capital told me that she requested it numerous times from them. I decided to phone Cell C myself to ask for it. I have been put through all their departments and nobody seems to help. How difficult can it be to get a confirmation letter? Im fed up with their bad service.</p>
