CELL C bad Service

I went into Cell C to get the settlement amount on one of my contracts. I was given a amount of R1200. I paid the amound at Nedbank and took the POD back to Cell C as requested. The plan was to upgrade as my phone did not work anymore. When i took Cell C the POD i asked them 5 times to double check if all is in order, they confirmed each time all is in order. I went back a day later to do the upgrade as the payment takes 24hours to register. I was told then that the R1200 was taken as a debit order and not a settlement and the person who helped me at Cell C were suppose to sent the POD to HO for the settlement.

This is the second time Cell C messes things up. Im really fed up now with the bad service.
