Cell c bad service

Cell c permanently deactivated my number without informing me. I called and they promised me that my number will be activated in in 24hrs only for them to tell me that it's even possible to reactive a deactivated number. I'm so disappointed. Canceling my 12 year contract also permanently deactivated my primary number. Their agents do not know what they are doing including their team lead. How do they run a company with staff that has no clue what they are doing.
