Cell c bad service

Blogged my phone on the 4 August today is the 10 August said I will wait 2 days to get ITC number for insurance still waiting . And its not the branch that is the problem it is customer care. Walmer branch helped me with excellent service

Yes on the 4 August and also did a sim swap......the person that giving excellent services at walmer branch and trying to help me is vusi.......but your customer care have not yet give me a ref number via email or SMS........putting more stress on me because I need to buy another phone ....can't use business phone .....what is the hold up
