Cell C Bad Service
I had a Cell C contract which ended 2 to 3 years ago. I got billed an unknown R13 after I had canceled my contract which I gladly paid.
However, to day that R13 still appears as a bad debt on my credit report, a credit report which I'm working very hard to keep in check. I have contacted their account office with Proof of payment and requested they assist with removing that from my credit report but to date no assistance has been given to me.
