Cell C BAD SERVICE
Cell C is a load of carbage and the people there do not know what to do. Consultant contacted me that I am able to get a contract which I proceeded with. Never was there told to me that I would need 4 sim cards (Only 1 sim has been delivered) When doing a sim swap the number changes but my benefits swaps with the other number so never been able to use it and now they want to pro-rata me for something I have never used. This contract is not even a month old and still not received my benefits. I urge anyone to STAY AWAY FROM CELL C because you WILL NEVER GET ASSISTANCE!!!!
