CELL C BAD SERVICE

Our phone was ****** and CELL C refuses to give us a new sim card because we cannot confirm the last 5 numbers dialed. Why do we RICA sim cards if we cannot get a replacement sim? My husband showed his ID AND proof or residence, our Bank accounts and had cash send to the sim card. We got treated like trash from Cell C Festival Mall Manager (whom by the way is not trained to be a manager as she screams and grabs forms out clients hands)

We don't care to stay with Cell C after this, all we want is the money from our business linked to that number. If CELL C cant give us the sim back I DEMAND A 10 000 REFUND FROM CELL C.
