Cell C Bad service

<p>i want to put a compliant against Cell C Clerwater. we have our cellphone contract for 5years now and 3 weeks a go i went to them to ask if i do have a free screen replacement for my phone as my screen cracked, the lady who assisted me told me i do have one andni continued booking in my phone. A week ago i phoned to ask about my phone and the lady said that i must wait for a sms and that my phone is not ready yet. When i phoned in the 24 July 2016 @ 2:18 the so called Manager told me that i must pay an amount of +- R3000, she was arrogant and not very helpfull. Please beware to take out contract at Cell C Clearwater as they are not very helpfull or professional. this is way i cancel all my contract with Cell C and go to another provider. </p>
