Cell c bad service

Cell c is just terrible somedays I canceled both my contracts on the 1st of March an requested they be converted to prepaid lines On the 1st they debited the money from my acc and loaded my products but on the 2nd of March my data sim was deactivated so I phoned in to ask what's the problem and Priscilla at the call center said that when a contract is canceled the product is forfeit regardless of the fact that I paid for it in full and that i have to accept it, my 2nd Sim is still working and the data sms and minutes is still working , can somebody advise me please ? Or I'm just gona reverse the debit and be done with them
