Cell C bad service

To Cell C I have had such bad service from your customer care service.I have been in contact with your call center for a month with endless problems.I keep on been promised to be contacted back from a Supervisor. I have been incorrectly billed for a new line when the request was for a upgrade.paying for 2 contracts now. Once I'm done sorting this out with my personal number I will be taking my company business else where. Had enough of this pathetic service.
