Cell c bad service

Its very easy to take a contract with them when you want to cancel and make it prepaid they are difficult and refuse to assist. Even going into the store you get told no cancelation can happen here but will allow you to take on new contracts. Very unprofessional and extremely rude behaviour from some of the consultants Very disappointed
