Cell C bad service
Happy New Year All So I canceled 2 subscriptions with Cell C with one only to be paid for airtime and data. Fortunately I took down reference numbers as with my previous experience with Cell C they make no notes on the systems and seems very difficult for them to retrieve Calls. They deducted R2000 plus, which I did not budget for, leaving my medical aid to be unpaid. It is imperative that my medical aid is up to date as I have a child who suffers from me tal illness and admitted to Neuro quite often. Should anything happen now, God willing, we will have an unpaid medical aid and him being unable to be admitted. Cell C I have only come to experience bad service the past plus year. I am going to reverse these unauthorized debit orders and see how quick you will be to deactivate my other accounts. You as a company give poor service but ver fast to rip us of our funds
Please receive our apologies for the unpleasant experience received thus far,
The matter has been escalated for further assistance, please expect a call from us to assist. Regards

I was never advised that my contract is expiring it came to my attention on 1 December 2023 upon enquiring with the first inflated debit order.
Cell C, like any other company has to advise clients 30 to 90 days in advance of increases or contracts about to expire. Is it not ***** if you deduct exorbitant amounts from someone without their knowledge / consent?
I have the full right to reverse the December 2023 debit order as well as I received no notification.
I have been a client of Cell C for many years with multiple contracts. Never an unpaid debit order and this is how Cell C treats their loyal clients. So much for loyalty.... And never a Manager or Team leader at the front of their ship....
