Cell c bad service

Cell c contacted me 11Feb for upgrade on *** did not contact me after they did not have stock only delivered 28 March after how many e mails, Delivered 2nd phone, declined it do not need 3 phones I was under impression after I asked to keep my contract at R547. 00 which I could afford, she said it would be R487. 00 which I was satisfied with, supposed to have a cool off period they say it is long passed, not my fault, they do not reply to calls or e mails, sort of forced it on purpose, now breach of contract, rediculosly, customer service is wide asleep
