CELL C BAD SERVICE

I am trying to get a new contract but because I took a 199 data contract on the 2nd of Feb they want me to pay the 199 which I did today although the debit order is due on the 30th of March! I sent bank statements and was told I more than qualify, now they still won't give it as now they question my overdraft limit!!!!! I can afford this and Thato is trying his best to help me but the Vetting Department won't help!, I've been with cell c since they opened and this is the **** service I get!!!!!! Im furious Linda ***

I don't understand why this is taking so long, I could at least have been contacted by now to let me know what is happening.
I have been with Cell C since they opened
I have always had between 2 and 4 contracts
I have never missed a single payment
I have a excellent credit rating
What else could you need?

I just got a call from cell c, which has made matters worse, now I get told I can only get a new contract after 3 months after I was told on Tuesday I would be approved If I pay the 199, all this for a stupid amount of 199 per month!!!! I will be looking to pay my contracts and move to MTN as they offered me a phone knowing I'm with you. This is pathetic I can't believe this, plus your agents just keep on apologising and as I said to her there is no point as they are told what to say
