Cell C bad service

The customer service is very very bad, I had a query that I needed to sort out regarding my Fiber and they promised to call me back at 14h00 in the afternoon but again like always no one came back to me!!!!! the lady who I spoke with at cell c support was rude, interrupted me the whole time and started raising her voice and didn't want to listen to anything I have to say!!!! The worst customer service in the world!!!!!! Firstly they don't know who must sort out the issue so they move me between support (Not supporting) and sales (don't know their job)!!!!!! I ordered a 50 mb line and instead they give me a 25 mb line for the same price!!!! these guys do not know how to do business.
