Cell C bad service

My line has been blocked yet again well done Cell C on u NON outstanding performance. So far I have email 8 different people at Cell C the proof of payment. (***, ***, ***, ***, ***) But wait it gets even better. I received a reference number via SMS, when I did a follow up with that reference number I get told there is no case logged using that number. Ihave also been told that they cannot find any of the emails that I have sent I find this very suspicious all the different addresses and not one mail goes through . Impossible!!!I cannot for the life of me understand how a company as large as Cell C can be so useless when it comes to resolving issues. Last time I had a similar issue it took me 6 months to eventually resolve and guess what the only way I actually got somebody to respond was to write a review here. So here I am again in the hopes that I can actually get somebody who is savvy enough to sort out a simple payment allocation. Come on Cell C it is not rocket science to allocate a payment. I sometimes think the accounts staff at Cell C are like Eskom, constantly switched off.
