Cell C. Bad service

My wife upgrade on one of her contracts. This is my third week that I am waiting for the phone to be delivered. Cell C only want my wife to sign off the phone, however my wife gave my details. My wife works between Cape Town and Atlantis, which means that she is only working in Atlantis on Wednesdays and Fridays (which is the delivery address). The courier Company only delivers in Atlantis on a Tuesday. After several phone calls to Cell C explaining that to them , the phone has still not arrived. I give up and actually want my wife to cancel the contract with cell c.
