Cell c bad service

I have called customer care numerous times requesting paid up letters for cell c contracts and to no avail all they said it was the refered to another department and they will contact me which after following up at least a few times has not happened. I even tried going into a branch for assistance and they revered me back to the call centre. I mean how hard is it to get paid up letters? I even sent a email to a email address they provided me with *** and they didn't even respond. Honestly this is pathetic service.
