Cell C Bad Service

Cell C Bluff- So disappointed with the service. Went to the store today to get the Tablet I got for sister repaired. It Blew!! Imagine if she was holding it close to her ear or in her hand? I get to the store and one sales person insists on bing extremely rude and sarcastic. I'm the paying customer and was inconvenienced. I now have to wait 21 days for the table to be repaired!! It could have been much worst if my sister was harmed. Unhappy Customer. Cell C I would much rather prefer a phone for the same contract value to replaced the Table with immediate effect. Cell C if your sales people don't now how to deal with customer they should not be the face of your Brand. I would much rather prefer a phone for the same contract value to replaced the Tablet ASAP!! Additionally my mother got a contract with Cell C lays August ... There was a issue with the sim card and when ever my mum called they said they will investigate. It's now the 29th March 2016 and I got a new sim for her to do a sim swop and sort the issue out. I asked the sales person if she will get all her data that's owed to her from last year August and she said No!! Cell C I'm extremely disappointed with your service!!!
