Cell C bad service

Cell C has very bad customer service. All they can do is threaten u with messages. When u try to call them the call gets cut with a message saying u should call their call centre yet that is exactly what you are trying to do in the 1st place. When u go to the store, they tell u to call.when you call then you dont get through. So how do you get intouch with them?
