Cell C bad service
Case no : *** I have another case no for the same issue aswell. 31 May 2019 my cell debit R1624 from my account that is normal. I paid cell C 3rd of June 2019 to end two contracts early.One was made prepaid and one was upgraded. 31 July 2019 Cell C deducted R3470 of my account. When I phone in the feedback I get is the same like the sms. We could net get hold of you regarding your query *** … And it stops there. I need to make a new case to get followed up on that one. How ridiculous is this. Please help.
