CELL C BAD SERVICE

Telephonically, to place a new order, Cell C service is quick and rating can be given a 5 star. But if the wrong phone is delivered and to get the phone collected again, their rating drops down to zero. I've ordered a phone and received it on the 8th of March and informed Cell C immediately telephonically.....the 13rd of March still no courier, I emailed Cell C.....19th of March I've online chat, I've logged a query online and contact Cell C again....22nd of March RAM arrived to collect the phone. I received my April statement, I've contacted Cell C to remove number from my account.....I've received my May statement, I've contacted Cell C again, now I've received my June statement.....THIS PHONE NOR THE SIM IS STILL NOT REMOVE FROM MY ACCOUNT. END OF JUNE MY BILL WILL BE R1800+. I'm really sick and tired of this company ***********.
