Cell c bad service

Really!? What does one need to do to get assistance from cell c? 2 days later after an email saying someone will get back to me, still nothing and this is months after I have been requesting to get a settlement amount and banking details for a router I asked to be closed long ago. I’m not interested in the surveys being emailed to me. I continue to say cell c has the most appalling service
